Shipping Info
All orders will be sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
We currently only ship to the UK. Our shipping charges are simple £2.99 per item, capped at £6.99, So you never pay more than £6.99 shipping no matter how much you order. Please allow 5 - 7 days for delivery of your item. If you item is out of stock we offer you the choice of another item or a full refund. Some postcodes are classed as Remote or Offshore destinations and may incur additional postage for parcels sent by ParcelForce. A full list of postcodes affected is below.
Affected Postcodes for parcels sent by Parcel Force:
-All IV codes (Postage as above plus £6)
-All KW codes (Postage as above plus £6)
-PA codes 20 to 49, 60 to 78 (Postage as above plus £6)
- PH codes 17 to 26, 30 to 44, 49 to 50 (Postage as above plus £6)
- All HS codes (Postage as above plus £6)
- KA codes 27 and 28 (Postage as above plus £6)
- All ZE codes (Postage as above plus £6)
- All BT codes (Postage as above plus £10)
- All IM codes (Postage as above plus £10)
- TRcodes 21 to 25 (Postage as above plus £10)
- All GY and JE codes would go Parcel Force Euro 48hr at £17.75.
All postage calculations are based on one parcel, if an order requires two or more parcels, they may incur additional charges.
The additional charges above only relate to parcels sent by Parcel Force.
Returns:
We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please contact us and inform us of your intent to return the product. Note: We must be notified of items must be returned within 24 hours of receipt. The item must be received by us within 14 days. Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will send out a replacement product, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. You should return your item along with the order number and a discription of the fault. If the product is faulty, we will pay for the postage to return it to us. Returned items should be sent by Recorded Delivery for security reasons.
Please contact us BEFORE returning an item and we will send you the returns department address. Please note that this is different from our store address.
We aim to keep this procedure as straightforward as possible. We will attend to all returns as soon as is practically feasible and do our utmost to make the process as stress-free as we can for you.
